Privacy Policy

What we collect when you request funding, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated January 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TrueFunds LLC, trading as TrueFunds(“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information collected through truefunds.net. We are an Arizona limited liability company with a principal office in Chandler, Arizona 85226.

1. Information we collect

When you submit a funding request we collect the information you enter: your legal business name, your name, your business email address, your phone number, your industry, how long the business has been trading, your average monthly revenue band, the amount you are requesting, and what the advance is for. We also record the consent choices you make, the IP address the request came from, and the browser user agent, because a record of consent is a compliance requirement.

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, an optional company name and subject, and your message. When you use the unsubscribe pages we process the email address and the signed token contained in the link.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not store bank login credentials. Where a bank connection is used during verification, it is performed by a third-party connection provider, and we receive only the transaction summary needed to size an advance. We do not collect Social Security numbers through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and our products are offered to businesses rather than to consumers.

3. How we use information

We use the information to evaluate your funding request, to verify your business, to communicate with you about the request, to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, to detect and prevent fraud and misuse, and to improve the site. Where you have given separate optional consent, we also use your email address to send commercial funding information as described in our Email Communications Terms.

4. How we share information

We share information with funding sources and third-party purchasers who may be able to fund your business, and with service providers that operate our infrastructure, such as hosting, database and email delivery providers, acting on our instructions. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process or an enforceable governmental request, and in connection with a merger, financing or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honour this Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. Retention

We retain funding request records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected and to satisfy legal, tax and audit obligations, and then delete or anonymise them. Consent and suppression records are retained for as long as we operate the email programme, because they are the evidence that your choices were honoured.

6. Security

Traffic to and from this site is encrypted in transit. Access to submitted requests is limited to people who need it to do their job. We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, and we review them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

7. Notice of a data breach

If we determine that unencrypted personal information has been, or is reasonably believed to have been, acquired by an unauthorised person, we will notify affected individuals without unreasonable delay in accordance with Arizona law, including A.R.S. §§ 18-551 and 18-552, and any other breach-notification law that applies to the affected residents. Where the law requires it, we will also notify the Arizona Attorney General and the Director of the Arizona Department of Homeland Security, and provide identity-protection services where mandated.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to request deletion, to receive a portable copy, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom additionally have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the General Data Protection Regulation. To exercise any right, email support@truefunds.net. We will verify your identity before acting, and we respond within the period the applicable law allows.

9. Email choices

Optional marketing email is never a condition of funding. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or through our unsubscribe page. We honour one-click unsubscribe requests sent by your mail provider. Suppression is recorded so the address is not contacted again.

10. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to serve and secure the site. We do not run advertising cookies on this site, and we do not operate cross-site tracking here. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. Changes take effect when posted here, and the “last updated” date will reflect the latest revision. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will take reasonable steps to tell you.
