These Email Communications Terms (“Terms”) apply to the commercial email programme operated by truefunds.net. By providing your email address and agreeing to receive email from us, including by submitting our funding request form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not opt in and do not provide your email address. TrueFunds is an email-based programme and does not send marketing by SMS text message.

• Your consent is not a condition of receiving funding or any other product or service. You can still submit a request and be considered without agreeing to receive marketing email.
